I'm writing this review in response to the great service I've continued to receive from maintenance professional Jesus Olivas. I went 5 months with only lukewarm showers because the office staff insisted that there was nothing they could do to raise the temperature of my shower water. I got desperate and offered to pay Jesus cash to turn up my water heater. He refused the cash and went into problem-solving mode: It turns out that I needed a new aerator in my showerhead. That simple solution gave me my first steamy shower in months. Staff members like Jesus Olivas and Wayne always resolve my issues and I really appreciate it!

Walked in right at 9 yesterday for a tour. I realized they had just opened and felt bad for stopping by right on the time. However, I was met with a smile and was told they would be right with me as I’m sure they were just starting their day. Gisel came out ready to help, I wanted to see a 2 bedroom and quickly said of course! We chatted a bit and went about the tour. The apts are spacious, clean and just what my family needs. The community itself is gorgeous and in the perfect location. Close to the freeway for those of us who need to use it daily. I appreciate the staff being so great. Thank you! Can’t wait to move in, in December.

What you would expect from an apartment complex. Inconsiderate neighbors that leave trash outside their apartment for days. Kids running through halls breaking exit signs constantly. The maintenance crew was always nice and helpful but the office staff is constantly changing and hard to contact. No thrills here, but it could have been worse. Property management Greystar are incompetent if you can get ahold of them, which is a gamble. We will never rent with them again.

To get into my apartment I’m constantly stepping over dog feces, and garbage. If you go to building five where I am in the community, you will notice that there is trash everywhere, inconsiderate neighbors, trash, their porches, where it can easily be seen by people walking by. It just doesn’t look very nice. It looks like a section 8 community. I’ve lived here almost 10 years, and I am moving, it’s going down the drain. The front office is absolutely terrible very rude.I’ve been asking for help with my lease for over 60 days, and they haven’t gotten back to me. I’m so ashamed of where I live. It’s dirty, and unsafe. My neighbor, and myself recently had our cars almost stolen here. People are constantly playing loud music, and I have trouble getting proper rest. (Honestly the least of my issues) They have no real security. They let just about anyone move in. The gate is pretty much always open. Save yourself the stress, and do not move here. They want to get you locked into a lease, and then after that they could care less about you. When I first moved here 9 years ago the community was amazing it’s sad to see it go to this. Make sure to look at the back buildings when you’re on a tour. They keep the front clean to reel people in, but if you go in the back by building 5 you can see what I’m talking about clearly. I attached photos of the overflowing poop the grounds keepers continue to quit because they can’t even deal with this community. To get to my house I have to hop over dog food, and feces that neighbors have left on the stairs. When I have guests over I try to tell them to just focus on me, and not pay too much attention to all the garbage, and dog feces. It’s very embarrassing. And honestly downright unsanitary.

The $1600 to $2500 increase in rent is unsustainable. Ive been here 5 years. They Bring new people in at the low rate then shoot the rent threw the roof at lease renewal. I will be leaving as the crime is getting rather high with car break ins and catalytic converter thefts. Also a women was randomly shot dead on Bella Lante Ave right behind the complex. Not Recommended.
